I forgot to say anything here, but I got my driver's license!! My life hasn't done a 180 or anything because I don't like driving, but it's all about the baby steps. I was scared to even pull out my parking spot alone, and now I can at least take multiple ways to work (5 minutes away btw) and back home without freaking out. I'm getting there.

I have officially been job hunting for 2 months with no luck and I have to start paying my student loan debt next month, so that's cool.

That stupid dress-up game I'd be swearing up and down I'd finish? I gave up on it. I couldn't take it anymore. BUT! I did finish it. In the sense that I gathered up what I did for it and published it online. So if you have a minute or two to waste, you can play the game that took me 5 months of picking up and putting down programs to make too. At least I can rest assured that if I ever wanted to make another one it won't take even half as long because I know what I'm doing now. :')

All the goals I publicly mentioned in last month's post, 1. drive myself to work, 2. not use any ad-funded or data-stealing socmeds, 3. not sleep next to my phone, and 4. get a good grade in 3W4DW, were met. Huzzah. #4 is subjective, but I definitely haven't failed so far, so I'm counting that goal as met.

My May goals are much simpler:

1. Get a new/nother job for real this time (this one isn't entirely up to me)


2. 2+ new chapters up of fanTL


3. clean out old emails

because I need to relax. I need more free time so I can consume more media enjoy more art. There's so many novels, comics, games, albums, movies I need to be enjoying -- and that's not even getting into the studies I need to be doing. I feel like I'm really busy for someone who does fuck all.
